Hi, I’m Meg Falk.
A wife, mom, and total health and wellness junkie. After having my daughter in the summer of 2023, being healthy had a new meaning. I felt better physically at 6 months postpartum that I had in the previous 15 years of rigorous exercise, fad dieting, and striving for a certain level of perfectionism. What was the difference? I was focusing on my multidimensional health and allowing my intuition to guide me. For the first time in 15 years, maintaining my health felt easy and habitual, and I knew I had to learn more.
